Record cruise season lined up for Napier
We are proud to announce Hawke’s Bay has just been named as the 12th Great Wine Capital of the World, joining an elite network of prestigious wine areas across the globe such as Bordeaux in France and the Napa Valley in California.
This is the result of a joint project between Hastings District Council, Hawke's Bay Tourism, Hawke’s Bay Winegrowers, Napier City Council and Hawke’s Bay Airport. This is a great boost for our region and will help attract international and domestic visitors, and reinforce our wine industry’s gold standard reputation which will be crucial to our economic recovery post Cyclone Gabrielle.

Thanks to our Driver Steve Hirini for doing a fantastic job, Shaun and Lydia Baty of Tukituki Dairy Goats for the dog demo and sheep shear, and of course Kerry Brannigan and the team at Hygge at Clifton Bay for an amazing meal.
